Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ARC Solutions, a cloud-based business management platform for service companies. By using the website, requesting a purchase, accessing a tenant workspace, or using the SaaS platform, you agree to these terms.

If you use ARC Solutions on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

Use Of The Platform

ARC Solutions must be used only for lawful business purposes. Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, scrape data, bypass security controls, or use the service in a way that could harm ARC Solutions, tenants, customers, or other users.

Accounts And Access

Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity carried out through their accounts. Tenant administrators are responsible for managing staff access, roles, customer portal access, and permissions inside their own workspace.

ARC Solutions may suspend or restrict access where needed for security, non-payment, misuse, compliance, maintenance, or protection of the service.

Customer And Business Data

Businesses using ARC Solutions are responsible for the records they enter, upload, send, receive, or manage through the platform. This includes customer details, bookings, jobs, invoices, documents, notes, support requests, and communication history.

Each business must ensure it has the right to process its customer and operational data through ARC Solutions.

WhatsApp And Messaging

When messaging features are enabled, users must follow applicable laws, consent requirements, WhatsApp Business policies, template rules, and acceptable-use requirements. ARC Solutions may log message activity for operational, audit, delivery, and support purposes.

Plans And Billing

Subscription plans, storage allowances, user limits, modules, trial periods, renewal dates, and billing status may be shown inside the tenant workspace. Until automated online payment is connected, ARC Solutions may confirm purchases, upgrades, downgrades, and billing changes manually.

Access may be limited if an account is past due, suspended, cancelled, or otherwise not in good standing.

Availability And Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated, improved, limited, suspended, or removed when needed for security, maintenance, compliance, product development, infrastructure changes, or operational reasons.

Intellectual Property

The ARC Solutions platform, software, design, branding, documentation, templates, workflows, and related materials remain the property of ARC Solutions or its licensors. Customer and tenant data remains the responsibility of the relevant business account holder.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARC Solutions is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of data, loss of business, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from use of the platform. Users remain responsible for appropriate business procedures, data checks, exports, and backups where required.
